1. Applications:
This rig is mainly used for drilling anchoring hole, drainage hole,
micropile hole for railway, highway, hydropower station, water
conservency, and drilling retaining pile hole for the pipe roof of
tunnel.
2. Features:
1). Compact size, good mobility, easy to move around, locate the
hole; base chassis, long working arm and mast are controlled by
hydraulic system, it can drill between 0.5 and 6 meter height, it
is easy to operate, and control remotely, and has good safity;
2). the rig uses world famous brand hydraulic component: oil motor,
oil pump which make the performance of the rig stable, reliable and
longer working life;
3) Wide application range, powerful drilling capacity, the
top-drive head has long work stroke, drilling efficiently;
4) Newly brand anti-wear material used on guide rail between
top-drive head and and guide rail, which make the guide rail less
worn;
5) In assuring the rigid of drilling rig, it has large adjustable
drilling angle range because there are two roation tables and three
adjustable devices , it is east to locate the drilling hole. In the
case of the crawler kept unmoving, drilling angle range: -101.5°
∼90°( base : horizontal as 0°), The drill rig can rotate between
-12° ∼ +96° on the crawler( when big arm parallelling with crawler
, it is 0º), side horizpntal height of drilling hole can reach 480
mm- 6300 mm.
6) There is special area for drilling tools , which improves the
adaptation of drilling rig;
7) When drilling in high position, you should feed slowly when feed
strongly, fast feed percussion is never allowed, in order to avoid
toppling over of drilling rig.
