Valve Features:
1, The fixed plugnut and movable plunger are all made of imported
magnetic stainless steel 430FR material.
2, The 430FR material with good performance of rustproof,
corrosion-resistant, high magnet conductivity low remanent, with
high performance of durable and quick action for plunger and
plugnut for solenoid stem
3, The solenoid valve armature assembly guide tube can be made of
brass or stainless steel, the grade is H62 or SS304, and the
thickness for selection is at the range of 0.25~2.5mm
4, The seat of plunger tube (guide tube) can be made of H62 brass
or SS304 stainless steel, as per your requirement.
5, The laser welding technology makes the solenoid armature
assembly much more beatiful and smooth and strong ability of
leakage resistance.
6, The spring which will be assembled on plunger seat of inner hole
is made of imported high grade SS304 spring, with good performance
of force.
7, The seal for the armature assembly could be options of NBR,
Viton, Silicone, EPDM, etc, all can be customized by your
requirement or your valve installation applications.
8, Wr could produce many types of armature assembly for solenoid
valve, including normally close, nomally open, 2/2 way, 2/3 way, we
