stop to work, on the contrary, when the strips left the light,
machine will start to work again.
2) Feeding and straigtening rollers adopted Gr15, and all rollers
finished heat treated, hard chrome plated, ground etc, hardness
comes 60°-62°
3) Outgoing Catenary to assist and support the material, guiding strips to the moulds automatically.
4) Press arm device, holding strips firmly when released by the decoiler, preventing
coil too loose.
5) Feeding line easily adjusts by advance worm gearscrew jacks device, the straightener feeding part can be adjusted by the lifter which
was driven by motor

Uncoiler inverter device. With inverter, the decoiler's rolling speed is adjustable, further
more, under protect of the inverter, the decoiler has much longer
life time.
7) Machine equipped with four worm gear micro adjust device with daily
percentage chart, easy to opearte, having high adjustment accuracy.
8) Machine equipped with threading table device and coil tip flatness
device. the tip of the coil maybe exist curved upward, after strips were
guided to the entrance of the straightener feeder part, with the
coil tip flatness device, it can press the tip and making the
strips entering the feeding rollers easily.
9) The uncoiler contain the butterfly brakes aire compressor.
10) Machine equipped with Siemens servo motor, full sets of
Schneider low voltage components, controlled by Siemens PLC etc.
