Center hole: 20mm, 22.23mm, 25.4mm.

Application: For cross cutting softwood, hardwood, plywood, chipboard, multi-board panels, MDF, plated & counted -plated panel, laminate& bi-laminate, plastic , FRP, etc.. Providing a high degree of finishing edge.

How to use TCT blade?

1. The machine must be in good conditions, free of vibrations.

2. The flanges used to secure the blade must be of the same diameter, at least 1/3 of the blade’s diameter

3. the flanges must be parallel to each other. Also check tolerances on diameters, sides, and concentricity, by using a clock gauge

4. The spacers must be perfectly parallel.

5. The spindle must be perfectly straight and with an H7 tolerance

6. After continuous use, must be removed and cleaning the saw blade, get rid of the resin and sawdust of both sides

7. Deposit of the blade, must be put it into the original package.
