The cleanroom fan filter module is equipment that offers stable continuous accelerated airflow to the cleanroom from ceiling down to floor. The fan accelerate the airflow, make the cleanroom pressure positive compare with non-cleanroom area. This make the cleanroom easily to maintain cleanliness level and from air pollution.

How to test the quality of fan filter module ?

1. The frame is quite important, we have to make sure the frame is durable for moist, acid, heat, alkali and can be used for long term usage. the stainless steel 304, 201 is recommend. Also, galvanized, aluminum coated zinc plate available, they are cheaper than stainless steel. In the medium position, painted cold roll steel is good choice, not only the painted steel very easily to clean and elegant, the cold roll steel is also very strong.
2. We use the good quality centrifugal fan, all coil is made from bronze, low noise and low vibration. Also EBM fan available.
3. HEPA filter is made of glass fiber 99.99% @0.3um efficiency, class 100.
4. We test every HEPA filters before leave the factory by DOP or MPPS.
5. We test every fan filter module by particle counter under the airflow of FFU.
