The deep pleated ULPA filter can be used in high humidity cleanroom cause the aluminum foil is anti moist. the corrugated aluminum foil give a tunnel for airflow to pass through and separate the glass fiber media folds.

The deep folds design can maximize the air filter area into limited, maximize the filter area means less pressure drop and higher air flow rate.

The deep folded ULPA filter are mainly applied in high moist environment cleanroom such as pharmaceutical or food processing industries.

All the ULPA filter deep folded are tested according to EN:1822 standard by particle counter.
