HV Glass Fiber ULPA Filter for Cleanroom Air Diffuser Application

The U15 ULPA filter normally used in cleanroom, and other filter equipment. The ULPA filter efficiency is U15, or U16, U17; considering the super higher efficiency, the glass fiber was very tight and very hard to pass the airflow. Air pressure drop is higher than normal HEPA filters.

We using the HV company glass fiber to make sure less pressure drop and higher air flow rate. HV company is the professional manufacturer for glass fiber. Their glass fiber are quite better then others.

The ULPA filter can be used not only cleanroom FFUs, but also for air diffusers, laminar flow hoods, bio safety cabinet; the air diffuser and FFU can be ULPA filters replaceable.

In order to enlarge the service life of ULPA filter, please add V bank filter efficiency at least F8 before ULPA. The V bank filters can remove size over 0.5um efficiency of 99%, this will reduce the duty of ULPA filter.
