Description of TC tungsten carbide die
Tungsten carbide cold heading die is for cold punching and heading
of screws and nuts, Power metallurgical Compacting dies and other
industries. High impact resistance .Toughness, and good wear
resistance.
1. About raw materials and powder:
Soon after the order is confirmed, our production will start to
prepare the RTP powder as per customer’s requirement with our
wet-grinding machine.
2. About pressing:
How do Mingri start a production? How do we check?
Before mass production, we need to do a trial pressing and sintering using
every mould, and we check the appearances and the sizes of the
samples with micrometer, projectors etc. to ensure that the
requirements of the drawings can be met before batch production;
3. About Furnace:
How many furnaces?
10 sets of vacuum sintering furnace and 1set of HIP
4. About cleaning/tumbling :
cleaning/tumbling is to make the products look more beautiful.
The goods can be ground according to customers’ order to a
tolerance of +/-0.05
5 About laboratory:
How do you produce samples for control?
We sample each batch RTP into pressing and sintering, only when certificated by the
laboratory, the RTP can be put into mass production.
6. About Packing :
The cargo can be packed with internal paper boxes and then external
cartons or metal buckets. The packing can also be as per your
order.
