Product introduction: single point more than 90% of the sensor type
is balance beam sensor, elastic body is aluminium alloy, its
appearance has two holes. This kind of sensor usually do the four
angle correction, to ensure that partial load error in the
acceptable range, so a single point sensor can constitute a
weighing apparatus.
Cantilever beam sensor usually has a balance beam and shear beam
structure. The steel elastic body and cannot be corrected four
angle eccentric load error, need more than three sensors to
constitute weighing.
1) the appearance of shear beam type is a pair of symmetrical blind
hole, blind hole is stuck in a V-shaped resistance strain gage hole
using silicone and Pu sealant, high-grade with stainless steel
sheet laser seal welding.
2) the internal structure of the sensor is similar to that of the
aluminum alloy balance beam, and the outer corrugated pipe is
welded and sealed, so it can only be seen outside of the bellows.
