The keel forming is controlled by computer. It can be through the sensor to detect the machine working condition, If the machine have malfunction, it can be reflected fault location in computer. Easy to repair. The computer control panel could monitor the current running speed and the output capacity. It could produce different products section( 3types C shape and 3types U shape steel profile. The width arrange of 3 types C shape and 3 types U shape steel profile is 40-100mm) by adjusting roll wheel mold.

3.3 Easy Operation
3.3.1 shape profile(length:3000mm)
It just set the length of product to 3000mm in the control system, the press button “OK”, the machine will produce the required profile out automatically.

4. Production Line Components
4.1. Vertical Double Heads Decoiler: one head could load 2 tons

4.2. Roll Forming Machine

4.2.1 the base of roll forming machine adopts Q345-B welding/overall tempering/eliminate the inside gravity of welding

4.2.2 the base of roll forming machine processed by larger CNC machining,the flatness of the base control in 0.05mm. And on the base have benchmark groove, ensure the installation precision.

4.3 Servo Cutting Table

4.3.1: Cutting table adopts whole welding, larger CNC machining

one-time complete, ensure dimensional accuracy between screw and guide rail.

4.3.2: On the two sides of cutting table have install dust cover to protect screw and guide rail.
