Rubber tyred Container Gantry Crane

Summary:

Rubber-tyred container gantry cranes are applicable to remove, load and unload international standard container. Form of drawing trolley is adopted to achieve light structure, advanced performance, high production efficiency, fine manueuveralbility and small sensibility to unflatness of the ground. The crane is powered by calbe drum. At the same time, diesel generating set is equipped for conditions when the power is off or the crane moves to another yard. As a result, maximu economic benefits are brought to the users.

Environmental Conditions:

1. The power source is three-phase alternating current, rated frequency is 50 HZ, rated voltage is 380V.

2.The temperature in the working environment should be in the scope of -20DC to 45 DC and the relative humidity is not higher than 95%(with dew).

3.During work, the wind speed should be no higher than 20m/s; and during non-work, the wind speed should be no higher than 44m/s.

4.The group classification of the crane is A6.

5.The crane travelling lane is supposed not to slope more than 1% and no more than 3% for local slope. The ground slope on the two sides of the span should be in the same direction, that is to say, both upslope or downslope at the same time.
