1. Operation Manual: In English
2. Installation team: Commissioning service provided, at buyer's account. We shall send about 1-2 technicians the installation and testing work takes about 3-10days.
3. Training: Training to the local operator to be carried out by the supplier at the time of installation/ commissioning/ trial run at factory.
4. Warranty: One year from the date of completion of the commissioning (except man-made damage, and the wearing parts, for example the drawing belt)
5.Pre-shipment Inspection:
A). Supplier should trial run whole line at supplier's factory before shipment;
B). Supplier has to run the machine at least 1hour for each bag former
C). All raw materials for that trial run to be arranged by supplier at their cost.
