Automatic Chocolate Flow Packaging System

Applications:
Most of the time, this system is generally composed of at least one automatic distribution device plus several set of feeding mechanisms. From the front-end production, the chocolate or related products maybe come without order. The distribution device can make all the products in good order before entering feeding system.

When the products are kept in certain degree well-ordered, they will be transported into the feeding mechanisms to be fed into each packaging machine. Most of the similar application will be considered to match one set of packing machine standby for backup, as one of the normal working packing machine need to be maintained or replaced with spare parts.

Photocell units are installed to check and supervise the products entering into the feeding mechanisms. The products will be guided into a buffer zone in case of the feeding system or packaging is interrupted or blocked off, while the front-end production procedure still continue.

After the packaging, the packed products will pass through the weight checker and metal checker to reject the unqualified products, such as empty bag, or those products with metal content exceeds mark.

This system is strictly tailor-made and matched with the front-end production.
