2. The special detachment type mixing screw and the standard
designed die with sprial structure & resonable channel are produce
pipes with smooth inside and outside face
3. Unique calibration and cooling mode is capable of producing pipe
with diameter from φ50 to φ200mm,production speed is up to
0.4-1.5m/min.
4. Special single screw extruder for the use of polyolefine
material , high speed extrusion and effective plasticization.Unique
sizing and cooling mode is capable of producing pipe scope 50-200mm
, production speed is up to 0.6-1.6m/min.
5. All kind of polyolefine material , multi-layers sprial
strengthening pipe can be co-extruded for various uses , 80% of
recycle material can be used in production. Optimumsprial bronze
sizing sleeve , pre-cooling and powerful vacuum suction device in
the entrance , suiting for high speed extrusion of pipes, specific
design for spray cooling trough, cooling water trough is made of
stainless steel.high efficient cooling comes from peculiar spraying
riozzle and high effciency water pump.Advanced co-extrusion
technology , lower the cost for using recycling material.
