ZYD1600-ION vacuum plating machine is mainly composed of coating
chamber, vacuum pumping system, ion source system,bias power
system, heating system, cooling system, rotation system, vacuum
measure system, gas flow (MFC)system, intelligent control system ,
etc.
1) Adopts SUS304 stainless steel material,hidden cooling water
jacket,well grinding and beautiful appearance.
2) Equipped with multiple sets of newly developed multi-arc ion
source,make sure ion sputtering are more uniform, pure and solid
every time.
3) Adopts advanced multi-way air intake system,precise control of
gas flow,meet the needs of compounds film coating.
4) Advanced magnetron sputtering system can coat the most shinning
and hard film,especially for black coating .
5) Newly developed intelligent PLC program and HMI,to make coating

learning with our engineer’s guidance. when our engineer install
and debug equipment in customer’s factory, engineer can also
provide customer with machine operation training .
4) Machine is transferred successfully, welcome to call or face to
face consult with our staff about vacuum machine matters, we’ll be
pleased to help.
5) Product quality assurance for a year;
6) Establish customer information files, timely tracking equipment
operation and providing maintenance, ensure the normal operation of
equipment;
7) Our technician will arrive at the site and provide service as
soon as possible after receiving formal notice of the customer.
8) For equipment maintenance beyond the warranty period, our
company only charge at cost;
9) Beyond the warranty period, All the accessories, spare parts can
be provided timely for the customer at cost lifetime.
10) Installing and after-service charge: The fee of visa,airplane
tickets,Accommodation is by buyer,the buyer also should pay 50usd
per day per engineer(it takes about 2 engineers,7days)
