The PVC Fiber Enhancing Soft Pipe , also called gridding pipe and
snakeskin pipe which is mainly used to convey the middle pressure
or corrosive gas and liquid , it is widely used in such areas as
mechanical engineering , coal mine , petroleum , chemical industry
, agriculture irrigation , civil application (solar energy water
heater , gas-jar) , also it can be used in irrigating garden and
lawn.
Description:
1.This line consists of extruders, spraying water tanks, hauling-off
units, Fiber braiding machine,Coiler, etc. And it features with

3. The PVC Fiber Reinforced Flexible Pipe, also referred to grid pipe
or snake skin pipe, is widely used to convey the middle pressure or
corrosive gas and liquid.
Now it is widely used in such fields as mechanical engineering,
coal min, petroleum, chemical industry, agriculture irrigation and
civil applications (solar water heater or gas-canisters).
At the present time, it is widely used to the irrigation pipe to
the garden and lawn.
4. Process
conveying feeding→single screw extruder→extruding mould→spray
cooling water tank→belt haul-off→fibre winder→warm up oven→
single screw extruder→mould→spray cooling water tank→belt haul-off
→meter measure→winder→finished product inspecting&packing

Application:
1. This line is the newly-developed product of our company, which is
mainly used to produce PVC fiber reinforced soft pipes. This kind
of pipe is characterized by innocuity, transparency, pressure
resistance, pulling resistance, acid and alkali resistance,
good-looking appearance, tenderness and handiness, durability, etc.
So the final products of this line are widely used in conveying
pipes for water.
2. This line is designed to produce PVC fiber reinforced hose ,the
wall of which is three layers, outer and inner layer are soft PVC
hose ,middle layer is Terylene fiber network, which has good
chemical and physical property .It is mainly used for the
transportation of high pressure or corrosive gas ,and is widely
used in the machinery ;coal mine, oil, chemical, agriculture
irrigation ,gas and building.
