High refresh rate:

Low fresh rate results in horizontal stripes with camera, and also damage to eyes for too much flash lights.

High grey scale:

Rich color leave with low brightness, gradient color gradation excessive smoothly, making perfect performance.
Normally high quality led display has grey scale of above 14 bit, with color range of 16384
Low grey scale means insufficient color degree or unsmooth color gradation, which is not able to play good video, decreasing ROI of advertiser.
Some poor quality led display is detected some clear color blocks with 1/500 shutter.
