High efficiency PPR,HDPE single pipe and dual-strand pipe production line are aim at the characteristic of the PPR and HDPE pipes.This line adopts our own hifg efficiency single screw extruder equipped with the Siemens PLC controlling.

Description:

1. Special single screw extruder for polyolefin , having high extruding velocity and effective plasticization.

2. Separation mixing screw specialized for polyolefin.

3. Specialiiy designed 2-3 co-extruding die , reasonable channel , smooth outside and inside wall , and little internal stress.

4. The complete line adopts PLC control system , realizing synchronization and automation.

5. Huamn computer interface is easy to operate , convenient and reliable.

6. Spiral and basket style for choice.

7. Dust-free knife cutter and saw cutter for choice.

8.Changing some parts of the line can also realize two-layer and multi-layer co-extrusion

9. Changing some parts of the line can also produce PPR PERT pipes.
