1.The pulp moulding product are made of waste paper, such as used
newspaper, waste cartons, cut-off in the paper making mills and
printing factories. the pulp board is smashed in the hydrapulper
and adjusted to a certain consistency, after being added some
chemicals, the fiber in the pulp will cover the wiremesh of the
mould with the effect of the vacuum, the wet blanks becomes
finished product after drying and hot pressing.
2.The main raw material is the wasted paper and can be collected
easily at low cost, the water in the production are all
recirculatedly used, there is no wasted water and gas exhausted
discharged during the production
