Description:

1. Special single screw extruder for the use of polyolefine material , high speed extrusion and effective plasticization. The special detachment type mixing screw and the standars designed die with spiral structre & reasonable channel are applicable to produce pipes with smooth inside and outside face.

2. Unique sizing and cooling mode is capable of producing pipe scope 50-200mm , production speed is up to 0.6-1.5m/min. Machinery is in sole possession of the special design to sizing cooling way to make the speed for leading position of the same line.

3.Close type corrugater and vacuum for forming.Forming mould is moving in a tunnel.Forming tunnel os clod by water.Forming mould is made of hard alloy steel and anti-corrosion and abrasion.No any connection between forming mould, then reduce time to change.Provide single wall corrugation dead die.
