Basic information of PET Strap Band Machne:

1.Strapping making machine is composed of forced extruder (main machine), cooling tank,1st stretching unit,wind heat stretching oven,2ND stretching unit,character printer, embossing machine, light-heat shaping oven, water tank for shaping, 3rd stretching unit and light weight curler.The standard installation shall be in line and in order.

Description:

1.The main machine drive consists of frequency control motor and special hard tooth-surface reducer for plastic extruding machine. Forming part is composed of screw feed barrel, frame head and die. The raw material is heated from hopper to screw feed barrel, and the rough block is extruded.
2.The stretching unit is composed of frequency control motor, band drive, carry-over pinch roll and band press device, which conveys the strapping band shaped in the oven to the embossing roller through carry-over pinch roll, and then the formed band is produced through the embossing roller.
3.The circulating wind heat stretching oven unit consists of drying room, adjustable band winding roller, heater, built-in tension device, fan, etc., which is used to heat the rough block. When the temperature of rough block meets the requirement for stretching, it is stretched and shaped in the oven. This machine adopts reciprocating band winding structure, which makes the total length of heating line above 4 times of heating box body. The circulating wind heat system may keep the indoor temperature constant to the maximum extent, so the heat utilization may be improved greatly and the energy consumption will be reduced.
4.Light weight curler is composed of torque motor, band drive, gear drive, band winding spool and travel rod. Different speed ratio is gained through gear, and different products may be winded in. The curler winds the accepted products and separates them as a single piece with specified shape and quality.
