The temperature and humidity of refrigerator & freezers used for
storage of critical goods such as, cold room, warehouse, medicine,
vaccine etc. need to be continuously monitored and recorded. If the temperature goes above or below the permitted
temperature levels, the operating personnel need to be alerted as
well so that the items can be well protected.
