1. Description of VTL LATHE MACHINE
1. The numeric controlled vertical lathe is an advanced equipment
with high performance, broad precessing craft scope and high
production effieiency. They can be used for mechanical processing
such as rough and finishing machining to inside and outside
cylindrical faces, inside and outside circular conical surfaces,
hollows, worms and different kinds of curve faces, and notch
cutting.
2. the lathe main transmission can be driven by AC or DC motor, the
AC motor drives the main shaft through the 16 step speed changing
mechanism, the DC motor through the 2 step speed changing
mechanism,with help of which,the rotation rate of worktable can be
changed in the scope.
3. The main shaft of worktable is centered by biserial short
cylindrical roller bearing with high precision and adjustable
diametral clearance, with the constant current and static pressure
rack, the worktable has the features of high running accuracy,
large carrying capacity and small thermal deformation.
4. With the isothermal cooling unit and independent hydraulic
pressure station system, the lathe can be operated at high working
accuracy and stable technical criteria.
5. Scraped by hands, the guide surfaces of upright column, beam and
ram have high accuracy and good quality.
6. The feeding of the lathe is driven by AC servomotor through ball
screw transmitting motion. The beam and vertical tool posts are
covered with sealing shield, which make the lathe more safe and
easy to operate.
7. Imported or home-made numerical controll systems can be adopted
according to client's request.
