Description:
The pump is widely used in the field of chemical engineering,
petroleum, metallurgy paper-making, food, medicine, fiber, etc., it
is suitable for delivery corrosive medium or the medium which are
not permitted to contaminate, the inlet pressure is ≤2.5MPa, the
medium temperature is -50°C to 300°C, it can deliver more higher
temperature medium by cooling unit.

1. The pump is back pull-out type
2. The pump is single-stage single-suction overhanging centrifugal
pump
3. Spindle seal patterns of pump are of two types such as stuffing
seal and mechanical seal.
4. It is unnecessary to disturb the inlet piping, outlet piping and
pump casing, the impeller can be dismantled for maintenance.
5. The shaft seal adopts packing seal or mechanical seal according
to customers ‘requirements.
6. The pump uses rolling bearings which get lubricated with dilute
oil.
Application:
| Continuous flow pump inlet air operation shall not exceed one
minute. |
| Pump is not suitable for pumping gases which are corrosive to
metal, easy to get chemical reaction with pump oil, or a gas
containing dust particles, as well as the high oxygen, explosive,
toxic gases. |
| It can be used alone, also can be used as the fore pump, diffusion
pump, and molecular pump. |

thermos manufacturing, vacuum welding, printing, plastic,
