The performance and dimension of IS series pump are designed according IS2858. The main components are pump casing, pump cover, impeller, shaft, seal ring, shaft sleeve and bracket. ISB pump contains pump casing, pump cover, impeller, shaft, seal ring, mechanical seal and bearing. ISR pump is similar with IS pump. ISR pump just equips water cooling chamber on the pump cover which can cool the grand, shaft and prevent the heat transfer.

Features:

1. True no plugging performance: the open large channel of pump has the characteristics of high efficiency and non-block. It is easier to transport bulky solid and long fiber material. And spiral impeller will screw in soft solid to keep the material not block in the inlet.

2. Convey liquid softly.

3. Adopt heavy bearing unit design, and the size of bearing is bigger than the one of pulp pump, which increases the bearing capacity and reliability of the pump

4. The pump adopts open-door structure, so it is no need to remove the line when maintenance.
