Separation device is specially developed to solve the high efficient separation of mixed crude oil and waste of resources. The principle is using the new three-phase separator for effective separation of crude oil, water, and associated gas mixture, and monitoring to the of oil and water after separation, direct output meets the requirements, such as do not conform to the requirements, to return to three-phase separator for secondary requirements until the separation is up to lose.

Features:

The main elements include vacuum pump, starter, gas/water separator, vacuum tank, observation lid & suction tube.

Gas volume is inversely proportional to pressure. The inside of vacuum tank is deflated by vacuum pump. The drilling fluid is sucked into rotating hollow shaft and thrown out through the window of shaft to wall of tank. By impact, gas bubble separator and turbulence with low pressure, gas bubbles surface from a fluid rapidly under pressure. The gas is evacuated & vented to safe place. The degassed mud is discharged into separate cabin under mud tank.
