Single Wire Galvanizing Line

1. The production process

Upper head wire pay-off→ Tension→Electrolytic acid pickling→Water washing→Bright zinc coating→Water washing→Hot water washing→Baking→ Wire take-up.

2. Introduction of chief parts

1) Electrolytic acid pickling part: PP plats with thickness 10-15mm is use for tank body making, whole body is made in close type, acid resistant stainless steel made roller φ300mm, magnetic pump is used for liquid circulation, rectifier 500A/12V use for electrolytic acid pickling.

2) Galvanizing part: PP plats with thickness 10-15mm is use for tank body making, whole body is made in close type, acid resistant stainless steel made roller φ400mm, acid resistant pump is used for liquid circulation, rectifier 1000A/12V is used for zinc coating, anode is made of 4*45mm Ti plate. Towing motor is 5.5KW.

3) Baking part: Short circuit heating and voltage regulator for temperature adjusting are adopted, temperature control is very easy and have little energy consumption.

4) Wire take-up: φ550mm spools for wire take-up, torque motor 40N.m offer stable tension force control.

3. Advantage of this production line

1) The total length of production line is very short, no need large space of workshop.

2) Needed little zinc block and chemical raw material, which can reduce needed circulating funds.

3) The zinc coating quality of steel wire is also easy for control.

4) Have little pollution, high efficiency, and little investment.

5) One machine only need one operator.

4. Total length of whole machine: 12 meters

5. Production speed: 100-120m/min, speed can be adjusted by frequency conversion motor.

6. Technical service and machine commissioning

Manufacturer will offer all needed technical documents for machine running for free, and will send engineer to client’s factory for machine running commissioning till qualified galvanized wire come out. But client need to be in charge of the come-and-go fly ticket to client’s country, room and board and transport fee and safety in client country during machine commission period, and need to pay the commissioning engineer salary USD50.0/day*person.

Machine installation work should be finished by client’s workers before manufacturer’s engineer come.
