building foot print, SUFEMOTEC Autoparts Lighting Co., Ltd. Is a professional manufacturer of auto lighting products with 9
workshops and 1 laboratories:
Die-casting workshop, polishing workshop, CNC workshop, powder
coating workshop, LED die bonder & encapsulation workshop, SMT
workshop(dust free), LED work lights and light bars assembly
workshop,
LED conversion kits and rear bulbs assembly workshop(dust free),
packaging workshop, integrated environmental laboratory and auto
light optical laboratory.
Tuffplus spares no effort on product R&D and quality control.
Currently we have 20 engineers including auto lighting optics
engineer, thermodynamics of material engineer, machinery engineer,
and electronics
engineer. (We are still recruiting more professional engineers.) We
have already created a complete system for quality control, all
producing process are strictly controlled under IATF 16949 system.
Our main products including LED sealed beam lights, LED conversion
Kits , LED rear use bulbs, LED driving lights, LED Bar Lights and
work Lights, LED special Lighting products which can be utilized on
cars,
trucks, yachts, mine used automotive and other tool automotives.
Some of these products have gained EMARK and DOT certification.
