INTRODTION MANUAL
l This system is applicable to all load and overload elevators with
movable platform car, this device has very high cost performance,
it is mechanical overload switch in order to overcome the inherent
flaws and instead.
l Main characters:
1. Contactless inductive working mode, With no mechanical movement,
no need to fix the original position of elevator overload switch,
and to change structure of elevator platform car.
2. Adopt strong inductive magnet, improve the anti-interference
ability to the utmost.
3. Independent overload and relay output, easy to use.
4. Electrical properties is in compliance with the standard of the
International Electro-technical Commission.
5. High positioning accuracy, small size, installation is very
convenient. Simple structure, low cost.

l Working principle
By means of Holzer sensor this system tests displacement changing
based on platform car of elevator and load elastic variation
principle.which accomplish effective load weighing of the elevator
platform car.
l Installation method:
Note:the linking frame should according to the specific situation
to design and processing
l Debug method:
1.The platform refer to above linking frame with system (the frame
made by the user) installed this device, and install it in as far
as possible close to the bottom middle.
2.The magnet adsorption in the bottom and sign face to device
sensing point.
3. To install this device, make the car bottom magnet aimed at
center of end surface. At the same time must ensure that the device
end face and the magnet end face parallel to each other.
4. When the elevator full load, Up and down to adjust this
device,make the red and green flashing (if the green light
flashing, please put this device close to the magnet; if the red
light flashing, please make the device away from the magnet.) In
the red, green, flashing, tight up device; Then, press the down
button once, the green light flash 6 times, full -load finished
debugging, show green light, entered into a state of overload
debugging.
5.User put the weight to the capsule until to the overload
condition,then,put the down button once,the green light flash 6
times,overload finished debugging,to the normal working condition;
6.If user need to debug, press the button on the device after power
on, the
red light flashing, when show green light, release the button, the
green light flashing after 4 times, enter into the state of factory
debugging.
