The Silicone Series is the most conformable, flexible, trackable,
and wear resistant product line offered by Unionfull Group Ltd.
This series is made from woven fiberglass substrates that have been
coated on one or both sides with silicone rubber.
These fabrics provide a higher friction surface with different
release qualities than PTFE coated fabrics. In fact, some products
that may adhere to PTFE coated fabrics may not adhere to silicone
coated surfaces. Available in multiple colors and with multiple
plies, (up to three), these fabrics are used in applications where
a surface grip with excellent release is desired.
Thermal silicone coated fiberglass fabric is the high temperature,
flame retardant silicone rubber provides improved resistance to
abrasion, flexing, tear and puncture. This product is designed
specifically for high temperature (500°F) removable insulation
blankets for valves, flanges, and fittings.
