1. What is AC fan?
An AC (alternating current) cooling fan operated by AC power, that
is 110v/220v AC,
or some countries may have 115v/230v. It blows air along the axis
of the fan.
2. What kind of quality do we produce for AC fans?
Most type of our AC fans are made of fine quality material, 100%
copper wire and
stainless steel stator, ensuring the fan's best performance and
long life expectancy.
3.How do we choose between DC and AC?
AC axial fans are common types of fans used in Telecom Cabinet, IT
device, Industrial equipment, Welding industry and Power Supply.
When choosing fan for your applications,
it is important to look at the cooling requirements of the system
and applications, the fan
type, the air flow, and AC or DC power operation.
4. What is a bearing?
Fan bearing includes Sleeve Bearing and Ball Bearing, life
expectancy of sleeve bearing fan is
30000hours,while ball bearing is 50000hours or more.
5. How do we carry out quality control?
Usually, there are two ways to monitor reliability during the
manufacturing process.
a. Early Life Test
This is used as a mean of process control aimed at identifying any
latent manufacturing
problems and determining the effectiveness of burn-in. Every day, 5
samples will be
picked up randomly from one of the production lines for burn in at
50°C+/-5°C for 24 hours.
b. On-going Reliability Demonstration
This is a longer-term program aimed at providing data on continuous
basis to
demonstrate the reliability of product. 10 units per month are
randomly collected
from one of the production lines for burn-in for 168 hours at
50°C+/-5°C.
Units are monitored and tested on daily basis. Failed units will be
analyzed
and corrective actions taken where necessary.
