Description:

1. The screw bolt is designed to have special function of raw material blending and high plasticization, making the melting the plastic more effective and increasing the extrusion product with uniform color.

2. Advanced and electric hydraulic device is adopted in the net-changing part of the die to ensure the convenient operation and high productivity.

3. Special design of double throttling control in the T-shape die to achieve more exact adjustment for the sheet thickness.

4. The temperature controlling system adopts SCR system to ensure the temperature tolerance within +/- 1°C,controlling the thickness and flatness of the sheet in the molding process.

5. The diameter of the embossing roller can be changed from 290mm to 350mm. Built-in double circular cooling system can control the temperature of the embossing roller to produce the flat sheet with uniform thickness.

6. Microcomputer control system of the slice cutting set to make the more exact length and output quantity of the plastic sheets.
