Drip irrigation tape production machine is used to extrude inline flat dripper type irrigation tape, which is widely used in agriculture filed for water saving.
The produced drip irrigation tape size is 12mm/16mm/20mm, with thickness range 0.15-0.6mm; production speed is 180m/min for tape size 16×0.2mm at dripper space 300mm!!

SIMENS advanced programmable PLC control with big color touch screen. Having multi-point close-loop control and synchronous system, which can achieve really “one touch” control for production speed changing, easy to control and operate.
2) Gravimetric material feeding system is to control material feeding according to pipe parameter & line production speed, to get high qualified pipe with constant weight per meter. It’s also have other benefits, such as shortening start-up time, saving raw material, simplifying operation.
3) High speed dripper sorting and conveying machine with auto misplaced dripper rejection function; dripper inserting speed is precisely controlled to ensure the accuracy of dripper space.
4) High speed punching machine with intelligent detecting system, monitoring system and alarming system. Image forming device easy to check working condition of the machine.
5) Automatic pipe winding machine with separate PLC control system, easy to operate.
