Syringe feeding part:
One time put one piece syringe by manual,the turning device will turn over the syringe,let the nozzle of syringe toward up when load into the filling rotary turning table
Filling part:
Adopt the paste filling pump, filling rotary turning table intermittent rotation, in the pre filling station,at first push the piston into the position of the filling volume, then in the filling station by filling needle insert into the nozzle of syringe to fill the gel into the syringe;
Press the lid: the cover is arranged in a position to be arranged by the shaking sorting device, and is sent to the upper part of the small nozzle of the syringe, and the press rod driven by the cylinder can cover the lid.
Output part::
Auto send out the finshed filling syringe,and let the worker to collect the syringe by manual.
