SALIPT PVC heat shrinkable tubing
Shrinkage tubing is made of high quality polymer, scientific
formula, machinery co blending polymer alloy, after the product is
formed by cross-linking, electron accelerator irradiation
continuous expansion member. The product has the advantages of
environmental protection, soft, flame retardant, shrinking fast,
stable performance etc.
Shrinkage tubing is widely used in wire solder joint protection,
protection, wire terminals, wiring and electronic components and
insulation processing; fitness equipment parts and steel structure
surface protection; antirust, anticorrosive processing related
products; wires and other product identification etc.
Safety Standard: UL224 VW-1 C-UL CSA C 22.2 OFT
Excluding organic tin compounds (three / three phenyl butyl tin
tin), Asbestos,AzoCompounds and restricted substances -
formaldehyde. Flame retardant. ROHS certification.
Scope of application:-55℃～125℃
Initial shrinkage temperature of 70 ℃, ultra-thin complete
shrinkage temperature of 110 ℃, ordinary type complete shrinkage
temperature of 120 ℃, axial shrinkage rate ≤ 5%.
Specifications complete: Φ0.6～ Φ180 , can be customized special
specifications.
Standard color:Black, white, red, yellow, green, blue.(or
customized)
