Description:
Plastic automatic charger →Hopper plastic dryer→ Single screw
extruder → Mould and calibrator → Vacuum forming machine → Haul off
machine → Cutting machine → Discharging rack
The main extruder adopts PE high-efficiency screw, notched feeding
cylinder and is equipped with strong water jacket cooler, which
greatly improves its transmission capacity and guarantees
high-efficiency extrusion.
Our PE pipe extrusion machine has features of low consumption, high
output, stable running etc.
The standard PE pipe extrusion machine include: material charger,
SJ series single screw
extruder, mould, vacuum calibration tank, spray cooling tank(for
big pipe), haul-off, cutter, stacker.
The main electrics for PE pipe extrusion machine only adopt Siemens
motor, siemens contactor,
ABB inverter, Omron temperature meter.
All of our PE pipe extrusion machine will be tested before
delivery, and we will invite our cients to
come and testing the whole line with us together.
