This line is a one/two stage plastic regenerative pelletizer, which
is suitable for many kinds of plastic waste materials recycling and
making pellet, such as PP, HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE film and clean
woven/nonwoven bag materials, etc. It is composed of conveyor,
aggolomarator, first extruder; vacuum exhaust system; screen
changer; second extruder, screen changer,water ring cutting device,
dewater machine, blower and silo.
1 . Gear box: high-torque design; low- noise; smooth running.
2 . Special barrel design can assure better compounding effect in
order to reduce the problem of black point and chromatism.
3 . Equipped with a force feeder and hydraulic screen changers
according to material’s special character, it can get a better
capacity and save more power.
4 . Vacuum or common gas exhaust system, which help getting rid of
damp, waste gas, impurity, can ensure a more stable extrusion and
more solid pellets.

master-sub granulator.

granular cutting machine. While the waste plastic
materials through crushing and washing, could be put into extruder
without drying. But the die head of machine could be electric screen changer or hydraulic screen changer.
