Our blades are used for corrugated carton slitter scorer machine,cardboard slotting machine,carton printing machine etc.They can be made by tungsten carbide with long life working time.We have all standard size and also can customized as customers' requirements.
In addition,we can provide the grinding wheel for the blade,slotting blade and others blade used for carton ,tobacco machinery.

Grade and Applications:

MR020,fine grain size,keep sharp edge and stable physical and chemical characters .price is competitive

MR030,fine grain size,it is more stable than MrR020 ,The grade is super .So with a little high price.

1.Mix with Cobalt powder,we'll take about 7-15 days to keep the process

2.The choice of pressing machinery depends on the surface area of the product to be pressed,

surface area multiplied by 0.8 is pressure value . 1000 tons means that the maximum pressure

of 1000 tons products can be pressed, and each machine can adjust the appropriate pressure.

3.First,we will do degumming then we’ll use HIP sintering or vacuum sintering.we have 10 vacuum sintering furnace and 2 HIP furnace

4.Our order,normally is blanks or ground

5.Our testing system : we have a professional and experienced team to check all the process including raw material checking, half inspection,After sintering checking and before delivery checking .
