(1) hole action

(2) acceleration
When the cleaning liquid is irradiated by ultrasonic wave, the molecule vibrates. The vibration acceleration is 103 times that of gravity at 28KHZ and 105 times that at 950KHZ. By this strong acceleration, the contaminated surface can be stripped and cleaned. However, the 950KHZ ultrasonic does not produce holes, and is not suitable for oil cleaning. It can only be used in semiconductor manufacturing in the electronic industry to clean the pollution of submicron particles.
