Introduction to hydraulic station

The hydraulic station is composed of pump unit, integrated block or valve assembly, oil tank, electric box and accumulator.

· pump device: equipped with motor and oil pump, it is the power source of the hydraulic station and converts the mechanical energy into the pressure energy of the hydraulic oil.

· integrated block: assembled by hydraulic valve and channel body.Adjust direction, pressure and flow of hydraulic oil.

· valve combination: the plate valve is mounted on the vertical plate, and the pipe behind the plate is connected, which has the same function as the integrated block.

· oil tank: a semi-closed container for plate welding, which is also equipped with oil filter net and air filter, etc. for oil storage, oil cooling and filtration.

Working principle of hydraulic station: motor driven in oil pump, pump oil absorption, oil from the fuel tank can convert mechanical energy into hydraulic pressure station pressure, hydraulic oil through the integrated block (or valve) to achieve the direction, pressure and flow rate adjusted via external line and to the oil cylinder of hydraulic machinery or oil motor, so as to control the direction of the fluid motive transformation, the size of the force and speed fast, push the work of all kinds of hydraulic machinery.
