Vibrater customized according to the packing material, the linear vibration alignment device and high precision counting control device, make sure each packing bag accurate. Feeder bowl quantity depends on products type.PLC system control, with Chinese and English man-machine interface, easy to operate, convenient to adjust, high automation, suitable for single and multi material mixture packing.

Note: With automatic detection function, automatically shut down and alarm when there is no material, each vibrator can be turn ON and turn OFF arbitrarily, to meet the production needs.

1)This machine adopts advanced PLC and photoelectric system and English & Chinese operation screen. It automatically sensing , counting quantity, forming bag, filling, sealing bag, measuring, cutting, etc….

2)This machine is combined packing machine (two parts and two basic functions).One is filling parts with1-2 vibrate feeding plates, you can only use one, two, three... Separately. Another part is able to finish packing , sealing and cutting……

3) For changing the bag length, you only set the bag length you want on screen of the machine.

4) Without feeding don’t sealing, with wait feeding system, starved feeding automatically stop, eliminate waste packing material and decrease defective products.

5) Counting Part adopts high accuracy photoelectrical induction. But because the machine exists inertia when it works normally,quantities has more or less in counting process. And now we add a set of device with re-testing and counting function in our

new machine (re-updating basis).It make the rate of finished products to reach above 99%-100%.
