Intro:

Motorized pre-scored PCB depaneling machines. Can depanel/separate V-cut pcbs fast and easily. Use both round and linear knives to reduce stress. Linear blade is fixed, and upper circular blade moves to separate PCBS.

Suitable:

Pre-scored PCBs. PCB length: Max 400MM.

• pcb thickness: 0.2-3.2mm
• v-cut thickness: 0.2-2.0mm

Features:

1, Controlled by microcomputer program, it can cut board accurately with no error.

2, Adjustable blade moving speed: 300mm/s or 500mm/s. As per customers' need, certain speed can be set.

3, Upper blade can be adjustable between 0 and 2mm to meet different thickness of PCB and V-cut.

4, Operation platform can be adjustable higher and lower between 0 and 50mm.

5, As per your pcb length, we have different models for you. So any length pcb is available.

6. Available board thickness: 0-3.2mm, V-groove thickness:0-2mm

7. Pre-set the cutting start and end point to well control the cutting length.

8. The blades are sharp and endurable. And they can be sharpened between 7 and 10 times.

9. Minimize the shearing stress to avoid micro-cracks of the solder joints
