ZYC100 mini pile driving machine for precast concrete spun pile or square pile of piling foundation

1. Product description : T-works as a professional manufacturer for pile driving and jack in pile of piling foundation is always keeping impoving the design to meet the customers' actual requirement.

Our ZYC100B-B1 is a mini new generation machine for narrow project. It mounted the automatic legs to ensure the convenient loading and unloading during transportation.

It can drive the precast concrete pile from 150mm to 300mm for square pile, 200mm to 300mm for round pile. It also can push the tube, triangle pile, H-pile, etc by changing its jaws inside of the clamping box.

The capacity is 100Ton with counterweight .

the lifting crane available is 5T or 8T,

The crane arm is available for choice, you can choice to keep the crane or not.

2) Special Side mechanism and automatic leg

Side piling mechanism can reach at least 50% of center piling capacity, sharing the same clamping box and jaws with center. It can push the triangle pile, square pile, round pile, H- pile, and other shapes.




3) Assembly and De- mobilization
After shipment, the machine has to be assembled using the instructions and maybe with help of our employees as usual , This takes one or two days, after which a trainning can be given in working with the hydraulic pile pusher.

Special design for cabin to put down the crane arm for convenient transporation.



4) After sale service and quality gurantee

6) We guarantee to keep our Main Machine in good repair for 1 year after sale and 6 months for accessories. In the guarantee time, any quality problem caused by manufacturing after confirmation of us shall be repaired for free; Exceed the guarantee time, we can also supply repair services to our products charged for repair cost only.
