1, Description:

Hydraulic Piling Machine is a foundation construction method of novel environmental protection pile driving which applies static pressure to press the precast pile into the foundation smoothly. Until the 80's the method has been generalized with the development of pile machinery and improvement of environmental protection idea. Currently, static pile construction has been applied generally in national pile foundation.

2, Applications:

• 1. No limitation on pile length. Suitable for construction in clay soil, soft soil and sand bed foundation, or in the Karst areas with low earth covering, or by riversides, or in coastal areas with deep bearing stratum.
• No noise, No pollution during construction, especially suitable for operations in areas with noise control such as schools, social communities, and urban areas.
• No vibrations. Suitable for vibration-control areas such as subways, overpass, dangerous buildings, precision instrument buildings and those nearby banks.

4,Feature Advantage:

• Unique top-jacking design. Tali HSPD can be applied by not only clamping but also jacking or the two simultaneously. This mode can reduce the clamping stress effectively to avoid damaging the hull, especially of the thin-well pipe piles.
• Original structure design of lifting leg. This features has changed the supporter of radial force from the lifting cylinder of pile driver during longitudinal walking. By this way, it is possible to avoid the damage of the lifting cylinder rod and the guide thimble, improving resistance to strain injury, impulsion, and weariness greatly.
• Practical clamping mechanism. It can meet the needs of square pile, pipe pile and H-type steel pile only by changing the grippers. The grippers can adjust its orientation according to the pile surface to ensure enough contact to the pile, and to avoid pile damage.
• Ingenious conception in the design of the border and corner pile mechanism. The border and corner piling force can reach 60%-70% of center piling force.
