Introduction

Working Principle
1. Pre-operation inspection

(1) Whether the sealing rubber tube protecting the ultrasonic conduction line is locked in the body. Whether the fixed connection on the screen frame is locked or not. (3) Check whether the power supply of the ultrasonic generator is 220V, and ensure grounding protection.

2, installation

(1) According to the connection line of the ultrasonic generator, insert the interface and lock it, so that the power supply of the ultrasonic generator and the ultrasonic interface of the body can be connected correctly.

(2) Turn the power supply of the ultrasonic generator to the minimum, turn on the power switch of the ultrasonic generator, and observe whether the ammeter is abnormal (the conventional current should be less than 200 mA).

(3) Triple vibration screening filter is debugged to make the material trajectory reach the ideal state.

(4) Start up the three-dimensional vibration screening filter and fine-tune the rotation and torsion on the power supply of the ultrasonic generator with a small amount of feed, so that the screen can reach an ideal state. _Uniform feeding into use.

3. Notes The power supply of the ultrasonic generator is 220V, 50HZ and the grounding protection is ensured.

(2) Single-layer screen must be uniformly fed. (3) Check regularly whether the sealant tube protecting the ultrasonic conduction line in the body is locked. The device should be placed away from the calculator.
