Water-cooled cable using high-quality multi-strand copper stranded copper material, high-strength flame-retardant rubber jacket tube, cold-formed joints, contact, and strong tensile strength.

1 .Easy to maintain: the huge inside spare space is convenient for people to access to maintain the cooling tower

2.Avoiding scaling: better water coverage around the tube is due to air and spray water flowing in smooth,patallel, downward path over the coil, promoting dry spots since the water is not stripped from the underside of the tubes by the airflow.

3. Parts of Closed Type Cooling Tower:

• Coil: Made of high-quality seamless steel pipes. The coil unit are galvanized entirely to improve the corrosion resistance ability and extend the service time. The coils can also be made by SS-304/316L stainless steel or T2 red copper. Maximum pressure of our coils could reach to 32Mpa.
• Spray Pump: Sealed by top quality rotary no-limited machinery seal, no leaking, long lifecycle, small horse power, large flow volume, low noise and high performance.
• Fan: Aluminum alloy axis-flow type
• Casing: SS-304/316L or imported Aluminum-zinc alloy plate.
• Removable Drift Eliminator: PVC material; Make sure that the water loss rate will be less than 0.005%.
• Cooling Tower Fill: 100% Original Material PVC Infill, special design with great cooling effect.
