Flat Bar grating is made by the world first-class Italian ORSOGRIL
equipment,which can
arrange the bearing bar and cross bar in longitude and latitude
order to certain distance.
Cross bar is pressed into the bearing bar by high tension
resistance weldingring which is controlled by
computer.So we can produce high quality gratings with firm
welding,smooth surface and high strength.
Normally,hot-dipped galvanizing will be carried out after end
welding process.When the thickness of
bearing bars is not less than 5mm,the weight of average Zinc Layer
will not be less than 610g/m2.
When the thickness of bearing bars is less than 5mm,the weight of
average Zinc Layer will not be
less than 460g/m2.
Painting Compsite Grating Galvanized:
The quality and requirements after hot galvanizing are subject to
the standards
of GB/T 13912 of China.The range pH6 to pH12.5,a stable protective
film will be formed on the zinc
surface.It has good anti-corrosive property.The grating packaging
is usually piled on top,with wooden
pallets at the bottom,packed in a packing belt for forklift and
rope handling(as the clients inquire)
The composite steel grating has high strength,light structure and
strong anti-corrosion ability.
It is made of steel gratings of any type and steel plates with
different thickness.The common
specification is G323/30/100 with 3mm checkered plates.

tested and inspected before delivery.
Q: How does your factory handle an order ?
A: After receiving an order, we will discuss all the details with
customers, and meanwhile we will issue customers a PI for final
confirmation.
Customers will be requested to do 30% deposit as required in PI
before mass production starts. When production is finished, our QC
will do final
testing and inspection, and will forward all the inspection
pictures and reports to customers by email. Customers will arrange
balance payment
accordingly. After we confirm receipt of payment, we will inform
customers' forwarder to pick up the goods.
Q: What's the lead time?
A: It varies according to different models and designs, but
normally 3-4wks.
Q: Do you accept OEM or ODM?
A: Yes, of course, We have professional R&D staff to process
your drawings and requirements.
Q: How can I get a free sample?
A: We don't provide free samples. We charge customers all the costs
and expenses of
sample making, but If customers place a bulk order after
sample approval, the collected sample making costs will be refunded
to customers while
we confirm the order.
Q: What is your payment term?
A: T/T and Paypal are both acceptable.30%deposit 70%balance payment
before shipment.
