Project Overview: The project is located in, Beijing. It is a bathing center and hot
water project for employees. It produces 240 tons of hot water per
day. It was successfully built and put into use in spring 2017. It
runs well and is stable.
According to the raw coal generally used by users. The annual
calculation can save about 316 tons of raw coal, reduce SO2 by
about 5.4 tons, reduce CO2 by about 568 tons, and reduce ash and
slag emissions by about 95 tons.

Q1. What is your terms of packing?
A: Generally, we pack our goods in neutral cartons with plywood
tray. If you have legally registered patent, we can pack the goods
in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.
Q2. What is your terms of payment?
A: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the
photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.
Q3. What is your terms of delivery?
A: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF.
Q4. How about your delivery time?
A: Generally, standard product will take one or two weeks after
receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends
on the items and the quantity of your order.
Q: Do I need to remove my other heat sources?
No an air source heat pump can run in conjunction with your other
heat sources such as, wood burning stoves etc.
Q:How is the heat pump installed
- Household Heat pump consists of an outdoor unit and or a new hot
water cylinder. This will all be connected using the existing
pipework in your home where suitable.
Q:What kind of maintenance dose a heat pump required?
There is some maintenance that the owner can do themselves. It
includes keeping the outdoor unit clean and free of debris. Other
than this it is important to have your system serviced once a year.
