AS the IEC62053-21 Ponit 8.2.3 . requirement:

Use our HS-1016 DC & Even Harmonic Tester together with our HS-6103 & HS-6303 Single /Three Phase Energy Meter Test Bench can do this test function.

Voltage get from bench position.(Must careful,when you on the current &voltage,don’t touch the bench pins.)

If you scanning head connect at Position 3.then when you test with software,choose the position 3.

If your meter is “220V,10(100)A” Then you want to 220V,10A. Then choose” 100%U,100%Ib”.

Then click “Half Wave= DC harmonic”

It will start to test EUT meter’s error.
