100% Nomex Heat Transfer Printing Machine Felt

The prints on the papers are transferred to the fabric using high temperature under pressure. The purpose of the sublimation felt is to press the fabric against the printed paper, both against the heated drum. The contact between the fabric and the printed paper needs to be long enough, to ensure the transfer of the dyestuffs to the fabric. Heat transfer printing is an economical way to print synthetic fabrics.

Heat transfer printing felt is made of high quality 100% nomex to withstand even the highest temperatures, our maximun with is 3500 could use for Large Format Garment Roller printing machine, we also can manufacture any small width on small sublimation printing machine.
